Rev. Elaine Hisu Cho (Lead Pastor)
Elaine Cho joined us as our new pastor in 2011. She has 16 years of ministry experiences in local churches throughout various places in America. Elaine brings not the years of experiences but her passion for the people of God. She desires to be a God’s megaphone to speak the Truth to the dying world that God’s heart has broken over. She is happily married to Martin Y. Cho and they have a nine-year-old daughter Selina who loves being a child of God. Selina believes the role as a ‘pastor’s kid’ is a ‘job’ that God gave her.

Rev. Dr. Joel B. Green (Teaching Pastor)
Joel B. Green is Professor of New Testament Interpretation and Associate Dean for the Center for Advanced Theological Studies at Fuller Theological Seminary. He has joined La Canada UMC with his wife, Pam, in 2008.

In the academic world of biblical scholarship, Professor Green is noted above all for his contribution to the theological interpretation of Christian Scripture, his work in Luke-Acts, and his commitment to interdisciplinarity.
